Following an honours degree in Film at University I entered the film industry helping to prep cameras for large productions shooting at Pinewood Studios.
After several years I decided to move into the education sector and still today teach part time at Brunel University on the BA film and television courses.
In 2016, I was invited to film my friend’s wedding. Not having filmed a wedding before I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had always loved telling stories through film and the idea of telling the beautiful love story of my two good friends was so compelling that I had to accept.
From that moment the Wedding Filmmaking Bug caught me and Seven years on I’m still loving what I do.
My approach is to be as discreet and unobtrusive as possible, whilst capturing beautiful moments that I can edit together to create the perfect keepsake for you, your friends and your family. I blend in with your guests with my small cameras and sometimes I’m so effective people mistake me for another guest. For me, this is the best way to film your day.
There is nothing better for me than when I see the Bride and Groom’s lovely feedback after watching the films that I’ve made for them, it really inspires me to keep creating and telling stories.
I’d be delighted to chat about your special day. Get in touch.
